What I hate . Since the advent of coffee cups that allow you to take the beautiful drop away with you hopefully to sit with your mates or partner and watch the waves roll in after a good surf. Suddenly we have Coffee walkers.
How can you possibly enjoy a great coffee when you are walking and supposedly exercising.
Today took the cake as I was walking down the incredibly steep incline in the Burleigh heads rain forest walk around the headland, I was passed by a couple both drinking coffee. If it were down to me I would simply jail them or at least fine them or send them to the gulag for re educating. NO coffee for you would be the catch cry.

Coffee? I agree. How can someone buy a cup at a suburban train station and still be drinking the same cup 45 minutes later? How can you really enjoy a cup of coffee like that? If you have gone to the trouble of buying proper coffee, and then let it get cold while drinking it. I agree! No coffee for you!

Remember at school when you used to kick someones leg to the side from behind into the back of the knee of their other leg as they were walking and they would collapse in an ungainly cursing heap?

Imagine how much better that would be if it involved lycra and scalding hot coffee.

I hate dozey dopey WA drivers who whinge about the rush hour madness and yet leave 4 car lengths clear to the next car in front before they actually get moving - when the arrow or the light goes green. So inconsiderate of people behind and so wasteful of congested road space.

And I hate people who don't bunch up ahead so a few more cars can make it across the intersection before the light goes red.

In fact Perth traffic these days is filling me with bad vibes. (My own of course.)

To take action, I am cycling more and more and am investigating an electric bike for windy days.

KN OATH.

Enough room to get a wheelchair through. Any more than that just farks the flow of trafic.

To go with the above:

I HATE people who leave their trolleys in the carpark beside their car when they are too lazy to walk an extra 20mts to put it in the return. I seen some one do it and walk back into the shops, how lazy are they to not take it with them.

I'd call that creating employment.

Like at Macdonald's or ___________ (insert fast food multinational). I guess you neatly clear your table and put it in the bin? Or do you leave it on the table so the multinational has to employ another person to clear it up?

It's not lazy, it's ensuring your kid or lower socio-economic slave has $'s in their pocket, not a centrelink form.

With a mindset like that why not just throw stuff out the car window or dump things on the side of the road so the local council needs to employ more people to clean up your c#*p.
How about employ people for the right reasons..... not just to clean up the garbage from lazy arrogant pr*#cks.

Pffft.

That's a very very long bow you've drawn there.

You've gone from trolley's in multinational supermarket carparks and clearing tables in fast food chains to littering in public places. C'mon get a grip!

^^^ slammin same mindset tho ...... and if that's the example that is shown to small children they get used to it.

Like parents picking up after their kids, eg toys, books, etc or solving their kids school and social problems... where will it end.
When will people take responsibility for their OWN actions.... or will people blame everyone BUT themselves, how about getting smashed on drugs or alcohol and creating havoc then eventually get taken to court and get off Scott free 'Because they have never been made to be responsible as a child!'
How many times has that occured these days?

If YOU make the mess YOU clean it up...... welcome to adult hood!!!!

If you unlock it, lock it up.
If you break it, admit it.
If you can't fix it, call in someone who can.
If you borrow, return it.
If you value it, take care of it.
If you make a mess, clean it up.
If you move it, put it back.
If it belongs to someone else, get permission to use it.
If you don't know how to operate it, leave it alone.
If it's none of your business, don't ask questions.

There you go again, same as b4, having a good ol' rant completely out of context with the original statement.

Here's one to think about, today at the supermarket there's a line of people waiting to use the self service checkout, while the checkout chick has no one to serve. I asked her what she thinks about the sheep at the self serve and she tells me about how many staff they've lost since the self checkout was introduced and how she's stressing about keeping her job.

But I guess Gizmo the fast food employees, trolley boys, and checkout chicks etc, and all the other lowly payed people who are payed to clean up after customers aren't in meaningful employment, or as you put it "employed for the right reasons". So b4 you post another rant about "mindset", parenting or something else completely out of context think about the youth unemployment stat's.

Better still next time you are so completely put out when there's a trolley in your way or there's "shock horror" a table in Mcdonalds that has rubbish on it you put in a complaint to management so they employ more staff.

Regarding trolleys, here you have to insert a $ to have one, that way you bring it back to collect your coin, prevents empty trolleys smashing in your car or being dropped on a back street.

As for Mac donalds, I rarely go there, but if I have to, I don't clean up my table, after all they call themselves "restaurants" so it's up to them to provide clean tables to their customers.

A mate of mine cranks up his leaf blower and sends it all back to where it came from- while the lawnmowing bloke is still there.
The message sinks in pretty quick.

They do look gay but they also take a fair amount of load off the knees, especially with a pack on. Saved my knees on Kokoda.

Woolies (or Coles) shoppers using the express checkout and attempting to pay via credit card, which then gets rejected.

I heard one such shopper admit to the cashier "That happened last time, too".
