Anyone know of a way to grab a good clip? I know you can use things like Kissyoutube etc but then you have to download it ,watch it, decide to keep it and then download it again. Is there a way to watch it and then grab it??

Use the Firefox browser and install extension "downloadhelper". Lets you save the vids as flv files.

If you want to keep them on your PC to watch whenever, try this site:
www.zamzar.com/

Its totally free, and lets you rip the videos to any format, and emails you a link to download it once its done. Just select Download Videos, paste in the URL to the video, select the format you want it in (.mp4 is pretty good alround for quality vs size) and click on Convert!

Real Player is pretty good, and using it couldn't be easier. Although I have found a couple of full length movies (on documentaryheaven.com) that did not download properly. Even so, it is my prefered way of keeping clips.
