Poor relative,

Your story moved me, I have now stopped crying and can reply.

I too have spent time in prison, my conviction was for Assault occassioning Grievous Bodily Harm, (I accidently dropped a Ballerina).

The nights spent in prison cells palying "Doctors and Nurses" is too traumatic for me to recall, I must now desist as I am having flashbacks.......

Moved, your words are like the sound of a butterflies wings on a crisp spring morning. The fact that you can empathise with my tales of woe fills me with emotions that cannot be contained and indeed my cup doth overfloweth.

It is such a pity that there are not more men such as you so totally in touch with their feminine side.

Please let me know when your next performance is going to happen as i am sure you dance as lightly and gracefully as snowdrops fall on a winters evening.

hey hosko, relax im not having a dig... this is a fun and nutty forum and this thread shows that, with loonies like hardie but the funny thing is, he is serious
i dont want to smash your dreams but engineers on 200k are 'experienced' and been in the job for 30 years plus and work 80 hours plus and certainly dont work in perth
a very good friend of the family owns worley, he started out married, children, living in a caravan, no car etc etc etc he is now pushing 50 and is worth millions he did it tough... work work work and no play dont get me wrong he is very happy and an awsome bloke if thats what you want then go for it im with you all the way and i dont want to get into a slag match but a sparky in managment can do just as well as an engineer in management, i know coz my boss is a millionaire... in wages alone he dishes out over $8 000 000, owns black and white taxis, resturaunts, clubs in northbridge and a 750k yacht which he uses often and he has just under (?) 100 of us working for him and is 58... he has worked bloody hard to get there but again i say this not to argue with you hosko... loco train drivers in the past were known as engineers

"i dont want to smash your dreams but engineers on 200k are 'experienced' and been in the job for 30 years plus and work 80 hours plus and certainly dont work in perth"
- i realise this, i may be young but not naive.

i don't really wanna try and put points down here because i don't feel the need to justify myself.

carry on the tearjerking drama though poor relative and hardman it's almost as good as The House of Bolger lol

LOONIE

Greenie who the hell are you calling a Looney?

I have never been in and Insane Asylum for more than 6 months at a time, and if you look up the definition of a Looney in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders edition IV Revised (2002), The defintion of a Looney is as follows: "A Looney is a person who has been admitted to a Psychitric Institution and has resided in that Institution for a period greater than 6 months".

So gotcha there hahaha, "i'm not a Loonie

A person's potential for earning or fulfillment is far more dependent on the individual, the opportunities that come to them and their desired level of committment/sacrifice, than on their job description. Maintenance/Operations will always dig Technical/Engineering and vice versa, it really means sh!t all at the end of the day.

Hardman,

I beg to differ, you exhibit grandiosity, delusional ideation at at times are quite bizarre.
I am obviously qualified to lecture on this subject as during my quiet life after researching DNA i trained as a psychiatrist.
I can organise a padded cell at your convenience.....perhaps July when the wind is crap.

As for you boys aspiring to earn 200,000 let me tell you peanuts, i darent disclose my earnings for fear of retribution from gangsters and third world country leaders whom i hasten to add contributed considerably to my ever growing wealth. I also own a 40% share in Europe.

just thought i would add that someone did a study on the amount of happiness people receive from money, compared to the amount of happiness they recieve from sex. and the people having more sex where a lot happier than the people earning over a million .
mind you, someone also did a study on the car that you drive and the amount of sex that you get . And the number one car was a B.M.W .
so i supose this contradicts my first statement because if you had lots of money you could buy a B.M.W and get lots of sex .

i would just like to say that i am very happy ,don't earn $100,000 but am somehow planing to buy a B.M.W and become even happier.

PRel

I am humbled in your presence, your obvious very superior intellegence, or should I get straight to the point "you are a genius", and top of the mensa tables obviously, has allowed you to accomplish what mere mortals can only read about, they make movies about people like you.

My puny brain turns greenroom with envy when I compare myself to Thou. You very quickly diagnosed my cognitive disorder, and to think of the tens of thousands of dollars I have paid in the past for psychiatric assessments, when I could have just posted a request on this forum and be diagnosed for free by PRel.

PS. Had a phucken great wavesail in between all this bullschit, hit one lip so hard board went 20 metres down wind, my body was catapulted by the whitewater and dumped on reef (That's why they call me the reef magnet).

BTW are you supposed to stay attached to the board when you hit the lip

PPS.
Anyone out there bother to windsurf today?

PPS. Better stick to the thread, Windsurfed during work committments, Ballet Instructors only earn 43 Koalas, per annum, most of my gear is pretty old and smashed up.What would you do with 200 Koalas anyway 43 are expensive enough to feed, have any of you ever thought about being paid with money

hosko, i am not only a sparky but am also 90% through a finance degree, so please don't talk to me about future earning potential. in the end it comes down to whoever is willing to put in the effort and work the hardest. it is all about sacrifice and everyone has to realise that as what we do we are no better than anyone else

HArdie,

Indeed it takes a concious man to recognise my sheer and utter brilliance but compared to you my meagre presence simply vanishes into the shadow of your ballet trim figure.

Hardie i am humbled by your appreciation, i hope one day that you me john (howard and travolta) and a bevvy of loverlies can sit down and discuss how we plan to change the world.

Thank God there is someone else as delusional as me in the world, "Praise the Lord for Poor Relatives!", who needs rich one's anyway unless of course they've written into the will

When I meet a mind as unique as mine I don't feel my existential isolation as much, thankyou from the bottom of my Harp, which I don't play much these days, too busy doing Hendrix licks on my Fender Stratocaster.

i too am happy, no privialged to meet you Hardie boy. It is refreshing that at last i can finally communicate with someone who can relate to my crap.

It really is unusual to find two like minded garroulous, egotistical, dellusional twats in one place.

Perhaps we should go and drink beer??

Although i think one of such lower iq than hardie or myself would be just unable to grasp this concept.

Yes Poor Cousin,

maybe 2 such intellectual imbeciles such as we, need to sit down and discuss the Universe, I think we can change it, I too agree that this process may be enhanced by beer and bourbon, wild turkey man myself, over the years at times I thought it was unfair that I was so neurally endowed, and have made many efforts to prune neural density through alcohol consumption.

Do you ever sail in the Mandurah area, or safety bay or are you a Perth Boy

Although, I must admit I feel apprehensive at the thought of the neural cacophany that will occur when our minds do meet in person, my seratonin levels are already elevating themselves for such a meeting

My soul is weak night shift is killing me........i will attempt to muster some pure brilliance tonight when the neurons fire up again.

Sail in Perth, but occassionaly get to safety bay. Was planning on doing a trip to Mandurah soon.

Are you sailing techniques as amazing as your pure brilliance??

Is it too early to call you my Rich Brother

I am but a poor try hard windsurfer, 2 decades in the sport quite pathetic for the time and energy spent, I have never double looped nor ever completed a backward loop

Spent most of my time doing speed and slalom when younger, now 44 years young, first dabbled seriously in waves in 92 at
maui, then returned to a bleak and wintry melb and did not dabble again till Lancellin in 94, was opposite tack to Maui, felt awkward and returned to slalom. Dabbled every year since then at coronation beach and dutch inn till finally felt I was competent in waves. Now do waves at my favourite spots which I will share in private, and speed at Safety Bay, I have a GPS, fastest speed so far 56.9 km, going there today, body is too sore from 4 days wavesailing in a row.

Enough seriousness, my brain hurts

Hardie boy,

I am one of "those bloody kiters" been doing it for close to 3 seasons after 20 odd years of surfing round the world. Am slowly getting the hang of "big boosts" and am dying to perfect the art a bit more and get in the waves which will hopefully be by winter.

Have 10 days off soon, will definatly head to Mandurah or Safety Bay. Will drop you a line, would be good to put face to all this cak.

Can't stand this serious cak. bring on the babble.

My dear nephew,

I was so saddened to hear you were not a windsurfer, I knew it was too good to be true, such a brilliant mind, wit, probably very handsome, chicks hanging off you, loaded, I was thinking a few crumbs coming my way would be nice, thank god the wife's not looking over my shoulder, tho I said to her I may have made a new friend on the forum and that we may become a significant chick magnet force and that I may not be as available to provide her with the services she has been accostomed to, and she replied "Yeh, Whatever Clown!", Translation: Yeh = Yes, Whatever = I can do whaever I want, and Clown = her "pet" name for me.

Now that I know you kite, I have to revise my fantasy, You'll probably boost airs right over the top of me, chicks will look and marvel at you, while thinking who's that fat middle aged bastard getting in that spunk's way, wish he'd phuck off

However, "viva la differans", There are great kiting spots here in M, which I am happy to show you.

Cum on down you dark creature, I just may not be able to bathe in your reflected glory like I was hoping to, and pick off the dregs, Oh Well at least the wife will be happy

oh uncle of Iron,

Please do not feel inadequate in my radiant presence, you are not alone believe me.

Whilst giving motivational talks to depressed buddhist Zoo Keepers in Bolivia late last year, my radiance lifted their spirits and actually motivated them to spread the word of their most peaceful existience. Buddhism is now spreading through the whole of South America faster than that Aids in Africa

I too informed my wife and Daughter of our chance meeting and the endless possibilities that the modern world can benefit from our minds meeting. My wife replied...."thats nice dear, hope it wont coincide with you geological research on Jupiter next week"...really who needs a diary with a wife like mine My Daughters simple yet eloquent reply was "dad look dad look, Barbie i want a TuTu" always been a bit tangential that one.

But it got me thinking, now there is a man of Iron on the forum, who like myself has a muscular, all male physique, Chick magnet galore, probably drives a Meseratti, windsurfs and likes to wear a TUTU, (do these things go hand in hand i hear the crowd of "bloody kitesurfers" chant)

So to cut what is mnow becomming a ramble can i borrow your TuTu, its for my daughter, Honest.
