Was having the same problems myself, the issue is probably the same as mine. My photo was too big in size, it needs to be shrunk first. I actually sent my photo's via email (Coz that's where I can shrink them) to others, who then uploaded for me.

I haven't worked out how to shrink them ready for uploading, but you need to reduce the size of your photo, or else it won't upload, and you get the error message.

I think the wind guages were blown over last night. I know the power lines around me were sparking as they got blown around. The joys of living on the coast. How's the bird???
