September isn't the best month for European wavesailing.

The Canaries peak wind season is winding down. Ditto Morocco.

It's a bit too early for the autumn depressions in Ireland. Can be good but a high chance of a skunking.

The only place with with ultra reliable wind+waves in September is Prasonisi. But the wave beach is very onshore.

Well for reliable wind probs the Canaries or even Egypt which isn't quite Europe, but only 4 hrs flight from London & guaranteed wind. Not amazing waves, but spots like El Tur can be good when the swell is up. U need to make a call about going somewhere with guaranteed wind & unreliable waves or going somewhere with lots of waves, but wind is dicey.
