they had this guy with the most horrible condition - an anal fistula. You saw the whole thing - op, everything. Terrible.

I've got to admit, I'm a bit of a tragic for the show. The 1st show I saw was on b00bs which got me hooked (I'm guessing Doggie was watching too!?) and apart from a few scenes as explained above, I reckon it's great how the docs basically take on anything without flinching.

In saying that, after watching a few episodes, there's some fairly strange people out there (Pommyland, and here too I guess) that live with some horrid medical conditions for years without visiting their doc!
