was watching the news eating my oats this morning, they we're showing an australian couple who happens to be father and daughter and their own baby..it made me feel a bit awkward looking at them...father say's 'it seemed natural after not seeing my daughter for 30yrs.' i don't know about this one but it really is a head whacker[}:)]just my opinion

Yes JP, they were from South Australia. Not Tasmania. (you may not understand the relevance of that).
Further relevations show they had an earlier baby some years ago, which died of a cogenital (?) heart defect, which I presume means it's genes were defective, because this sort of thing just shouldn't happen. The reason it shouldn't happen is that it messes the genes up. Charles Darwin had something to say about that.

i better be a naturalized oz i didn't know what the blokes on the other thread were talking of before eastyso that's what they meant..so what if one was in taz it's still part of oz..i do have 2 sets of uncles and aunties who happen to be cousins in the first degree and didn't even attempt to let nature do it's thing but rather adopted at least it's a 'bit accepted'..i understand the defective part but father and daughter...ouch that's deep
