No it isn't, because the naming conventions for compounds are not standard everywhere, and further people get to "make up" new compounds or names.
I also disagree with what most people believe - antidisestablishmentarianism - due to the double negative.

real longest word which most people averlook is flaucinaucinihillipillification (def: the act of estimating something to be worthless).
Alternate spelling floccinoccinihillipillification.
Disappeared out of the dictionary in the 60's, perhaps because you can just say "that's f$%ked"
