Red backs can be bad depending on the individual reaction. But stay well away from those white tip/tail spiders, they will eat your flesh in very short time. Many people end up losing limbs.

White is worse than red ppl.....exterminate with outdoor mortein

All spiders can potentially do that. They have a certain type of bacteria on their fangs. White tail spiders have the same chance of causing that reaction as any spider.
I went on spider splatting spree whilst digging up dead lawn. There were loads of them.
