I actually didn't mean to joke about it. I was really wondering about the corelation
between peoples names and their occupation and even their behaviour. There are
plenty of examples of people with distintive names being involved in occupations
that match. Cardinal Jaime Sin is former head of the Catholic Church in the
Philippines. Prof. John Wisdom is an American philosopher etc. I wonder how many
people named carpenter became carpenters. I also wonder why in WA the real
estate industry is littered with names like Hooker,Handcock and Alcock. How big an
influence are names to occupation and behaviour?
