anyone have any links to a kids soccer game? my young blokes started playing under 6'ers, and we thought a simple pc based game could help with undersanding rules and concepts.

many thanks.

With all due respect, just take your kid to watch a real game.

You can talk him through the rules and plays while sitting in the sun and sharing time.

are serious? you mean go outside and communicate with my child?? and spend time together??

Of course you are right KB, weve done that I take him to training, and his games, hes right into finding out how things work, he gets books out from the library on soccer, but hes got this idea, that he could get a birds eye view via playing a pc game, maybe its a sign of the times? in this case interactivity equals activity, well I hope so. Generally Im loath to sit him at the computer, but they have them at school and some of those learnig programs seem OK. Ive had a look at ABC kids, but couldnt find anything. Im not into gaming so need a bit of direction.

Just go to an EGB (Electrinic Games Boutique) store and you should be able to pick up some of the ealier EA brand soccer world series games for about 10 bucks.
Theres a EGB store at Garden City and one at the wool stores in Freo. Most of the larger shopping centres have them.
Cheers.
