Sure is an impressive site!

I guess they have to try really hard to sell those new kites .

The new Torch looks awesome, pity they are going to be hard to get!

Naish's words:
"The Torch also remains the choice of Naish’s International Freestyle Team Riders due to the kites consistent and predictable power band, which delivers the fast flying and precise pop our top riders demand."

watched the videos how they are claiming that the depower is awesome and better than anything else out there etc etc etc

but i flew the 12m (granted, VERY light wind) and didn't feel that the depower was anywhere near as good as my sonic. when the wind picked up to 15 knots or so i almost felt uncomfortable on the helix (very light rider) but the sonic handles big winds for me (up to 30 knots) without a drama. maybe you need to fly the helix on the pulley bar to get all the depower they reckon it has.

Thats probably true Neil I would not say they have the quickest depower out there.I found the depower gradual which I like but some people like to dump the power quicker and there are kites out there that do it faster.

I was kiting last week in a NW, winds were ranging from 25 to 33 knots and I was a 9 cult there was a guy on a sonic , he had a go on the nine cult and commented had much more control he had then his sonics in the high winds , you really appreciate these kites when the wind kicks in , He basically said he wish he had the cash to buy one but he could not afford it and bought two sonics for nearly the price of one Cult.

It all comes down to what you want and how much money you have to spend.
