I must finally conquer this thing they call kitesurfing. What I have been doing it kiteflying only. Where should I go to live this stuff for 4 full days during the Easter longweekend break (6-9 April)? I live in Sydney, will drive if within 4 to 6 hours, or fly if in Eastern States.
Please advise. Thanks.

Thanks all for the suggestions. Looks like a trip to Forster over Easter break is it. Now need to buy a kite. Naish Boxer SLE or Airush Flow SLE or Best Waroo... hmmmmm.
