81 Knots (150 kmh) in Tassie last night!!!! It was incredibly windy last night with a storm force warning across almost the whole state and most places averaging in the high 40s I thought my house was going to fall down and it only got to 53 knots here on the east coast, never heard anything like it! Kind of cool though with it maxing at 150 kmh on the west coast and 6-7m swells forecast last night.

Friday afternoon was sick up here in Burnie, before the worst of the ewather hit. Gusty as, hitting 30+ at times, but with swells the size of buses. Sam needed his wetsuit drycleaned after heading down to face of one absolute beasty. Whereas I just need a change of kite - crashed in the surf zone, one broken line, one broken leader line, and a blown out panel on the kite. Getting back in was NOT fun.
But I still have a grin on my face
