Switch have released a bar that looks the goods and has a single front line depower - but F-one have stuck with their dual front line depower approach since forever - and in many forums F-one cop a schallaking because of the single front line depower ??

Has anyone tried a single front line bar safety on a recent model (bandit 7 and onwards) kite ?

Why does the F-one bandit (recent models with the push away safety ) get so much bad press for their safety system - and what is a better bar system with what is a very good kite??

I have some F-one Bandits 2018 and the flagging is now on a single line. Works fine on older models too.

I also had the 2017 bar which was flagging on both front line. Although I never had a problem with it, I don't understand why they didn't make the move earlier....

Apart from the single flagging line, it has now a manual swivel above the chicken loop. Very happy with it so far.

2018 Linx Bar is the new bar from F-one im using on my 2017 kites and hasn't let me down. Also adjustable now so you can have the 44cm and 52 cm bar.
