I'm looking for a Victorian to tell me, where is a good place (if any) for a strong northerly?

And also, what direction best suits the conditions down at Rye?

Point Henry near Geelong is pretty sweet for a Northerly!

Ricster,

Welcome to Aus by the way,

Northerlys in Melb, mate you have got to get down to Rye, you won't look back.

Thunder + Lightning and kite aren't a great combo package though.

A Bow kite probably has an electical storm saftey system built in, it's all about safety..lol

Kited years ago in low cloud cover and sparks came out the bar, no bollocks.

cheers

Cheers, I'm in melbs since nearly 8month now ;)

And hell yes, those lightnings are just amazing..
Am working on the 28st floor, was able to see the whole lot yesterday (including the power outage, HAHA) and today..

I would NEVER go out in those conditions anyway..

Cheerio,
Rickster
