I have a couple of projects on the go here that need an expert light steal or, preferably aluminium, welder thats wants some extra work.
Nothing too complex but would suit a casual after hours deal - your place or mine.
Or if your business does this type of one-off smaller job Id be happy to hear from you. Most fabrication shops are just not interested!
Not looking for bargain basement here - just a more casual schedule & flexibility.

PM if ur interested.
- oh yeah - Freo area.

Hi Puppet,

Learn to do it yourself, cheapest rates in town and the only person you can blame is yourself if the job is sh!t.

I try things atleast once, shape my own boards, install my own ducted Evap units, do my own kite and baord repairs and make my own bars from old gear. I do built in cupbaords, kitchen units and the list goes on - renovating my house. I even have done Lead Light Glass work as I was reconditioning a front door and dropped a cordless drill through the lead light.

Been considering shaping my own SUP, for two reasons - because I like to do things like that and it is easier to pay for things in bits and pieces rather than one lump sum that I can't really afford.

Cheers
Rich

PS. Not trying to blow smoke up myself just prooving that you can do anything you wish as long as you try.

A young boy is playing around in a constructions site, as young boys are prone to do, and he comes across a welder's mask. He thinks its really cool, and puts it on. As he's walking home with his new welder's mask on, an old man in a car stops beside him on the side of the road. By now it's close to sundown, and the man offers him a ride. "Its not safe for a kid your age to be walking down the side of the road at sundown. I'll give you a ride, hop in."
The little boy gets in the car, all the while still wearing his welder's mask. As they're driving along, the man starts asking him some very unusual questions.
"Hey kid, do you know what coitus is?"
The kid looks at him with confusion, and shrugs. There is a pause, and the man continues.
"Hey kid, do you know what fellatio is?"
The kid shrugs again, shaking his head. "Nope."
The man waits for a minute or two, and then asks
"Hey kid, do you know what sodomy is?"

The kid, obviously annoyed and aggravated by this point, tears the welder's mask from his head, and says "Listen man, I'm not really a welder!!"

Dont U just luv Seabreeze.
Not only found a welder but happens to be an ol'mate who is just the sort of casual dude I need to play around with messy prototype projects.

And he already knows what a wanker I can be so no danger of surprises for him there either.

If the projects are valuable, it's probably not a good idea to have someone who is good at light stealing!!
