bali has good wind in August starts to die out by september

20min taxi ride $6 Aus dollars from Kuta
Vietnam - beach Mui Ne has wind all year round. Swiss village seems to be relatively inexpensive, checked it out when we were there and seemed quite okay ,

goto the Laksa coast, theres alot of wind there.

try fiji, awesome wind and awesome set up. i went there last year in august and we got wind every day 15-30 knots..
