I went to Point Walter this morning. There was enough wind to kite, I reckon 17 knotts, but no beach to rig up on. The sand spit was completely underwater.

Wind was all over the place - got a kite at Woodies from 9am til about 11am before it died. Was all over the place but probably got to 20knots at the best part of the session.
I'm not complaining got to play with my new toy - Vegas 10m. Depower and unhooked was impressive - just need some decent wind to really test her out!

Was Garden Island's graph right this morning? It showed opposite wind direction to Rotto's graph A slight issue with the anenometer, maybe

Dont know what happend with Garden Island, but woodies was NNE, although interestingly the windvain on the groyne at Woddies showed easterly. Must have been effected by the dunes?
