Tassie hit by 160km/h winds

Tasmanians have been warned to secure their homes as winds up to 160kph tear roofs off houses and disrupt power supplies throughout the state.

Three houses have reportedly lost their roofs and the Bureau of Meteorology has issued a severe weather warning as an intense low pressure system south of the state drives wild weather onshore.

Well I'll be buggered, Brady was out at Cooee today on a 12m Link. Had a little trouble in the surf and got washed in all tangled up, but I dare say it wasn't 160km/hr!! More like 15-25knots on the North-West here and a nice little swell I must say.

Mind you the house was 'a rockin' last night and I still don't know where the cats gone...

Pucker up the sphincter and go for it I say...
