Been having trouble with my ankle since injuring it september last year. Nothing major, just a niggling ligament/tendon strain which I seem to re-do almost every session.
After giving it a good break, while stretching and (self) manipulation over the last 3-4 weeks (thinking it should now be ok), yesterdays downwinder had it back to its niggling annoyant self again

Now I'm in my 30's, I realise its not going to get better itself so have decided to bite the bullet and get some physio to try knock it on the head.
I work in the CBD (Perth) so...Anyone know of a good sports physio in the city?
