I used some liquid force ones when i was trying some boosts. Whenever I stacked, I found that one foot came out, and one stayed in, keeping the board with me (the whole point of wearing em), however, the board was twisted behind me as i was dragged. This wasn't painful, but made for a awkward time trying to pull the board round to get the other foot back in. Nonetheless, i was doing this in relativly light winds on a relativly small kite, making the pulling force when i got dragged pretty small.

Never tried 'heel loops' But once inhaled whilst eating some 'fruit loops' which resulted in some mad coughing. Take it easy for the first few goes then get stuck into em.

Super Glue your feet to the board rather than use junk

I've used heel loops a few times, and they are really good for keeping your feet there. They are great until you stack it, one foot comes out, the board twists around while your other foot is still in there, and you have a very very sore ankle. Haven't used since that day, and you just learn to either tighten your footstraps, flex your toes to keep the board on your feet, or buy new footpads...
All the best in whatever you decide to do

i never had any issues with them myself, i found if i stacked the board would either stay on or both feet would come out, i think when i have a big stack i point my feet so that the board will release. Try them, if you find that they dont work for you piss em off, i now use bindings which do the same thing for me either stay on (which isnt always good, i feel like a f%$kn sea anchor!) or come off in big slams. good luck
