Great to finally get a kite in at the broady yesterday. :) Must of been a while in between sessions, as i couldnt believe all the trees popping out of the ground there in our launch area. Good news is that i've got intouch with the local councillor 'Dawn Crichlow' and she is going to work with us next week to remove the trees (Pandanus palms) that are in the way. I think there really are only two that are a pain. The one on the grass and the other on the sand.
Dawn was very happy that she was notified. She said that kiters there were such a "colourfull attraction to the Broadwater".
Thumbs up to Dawn and to all the local guys there who continue to keep the positive vibe going in such a small launch/landing space. :D
