Im thinking of a trip to Avalon (Mandurah). Whats it like for wave riding? Where are the best spots? Is it overcrowded with windsurfers?

to get any waves the swell needs to be at least 2.5 meters . when there are waves and wind ,you get a few windsurfers but i wouldn,t say crowded.try gearies just around the corner aswell
