Hello kite friends

I am from holland an new on this forum. My question is about a B7 quiver.

I flew RPM's and want to switch to Bandits. I liked the rpms for their turningspeed and bar feeling. My weight is about 70 kg and I ride a 133x40 twintip. Level: intermediate, boosting, backrolls, frontrolls with little loops etc. Want to loop a litte bigger.

Recently I bought an B7 7 meter. I like the kite but the lowend is a bit dissapointing. Need at least 25 kts to have a little fun. An average kiting day is about 20-24 kts. I want to go kiting from 18 kts and more so witch kite flies well in the range from 18-26 kts?

In general I like smaller kites better than big kites.I already tested the 9 meters in the highend (30kts) and it was awesome! Did not try the 10 yet. I planned on buying a B7 10m2 because meters difference with a 2 kite quiver is in my religion to small). But I am in doubt because the lowend of the 9 is (according to F One) only a few knots lower than the 10.

9m : 15 > 30 knts
10m : 12 > 28 knts

My questions.
Anyone experienced with the lowend of the B7 9 and 10? How much does it differ?
Same question about the sweetspot
Is the B7 9 much faster than a 10m?
Is a 10 meters fast enough to loop (how compared to RPM?)

Advice is appreciated!

Buy a 10m and a lighter wind TT and extend the range of both kites as well.

Should be able to loop any 10m!

I have been riding Bandits for some years now.
I'm weighing ca 95 Kg and usually ride a Fone Trax 8 - 136 / 41.
My quiver B4 - 8 m2 / B6 - 10 m2 / B5 -12 m2
They all turn super fast and fly awesome and love to boost in strong wind.
I'm able to ride from 17 knts - 35 /40 knots .
In regards to your specific question because your weight and board is a factor to consider my advice would be to speak with Mat Colefax the Australian Importer of F-one he is very friendly and experienced.

Yes...of course, my windrange will increase with a 10, but maybe I don't need the extra range... It all depends on the lowend of the B7's

I think the wind in Holland is different. The weather here sucks ass, but on the upside, we have many windy days. In general, we use smaller kites in Holland compared to other places. I don't know about Ozzy. I don't (want to) go kiting in less than 18 kts and there are plenty days left (I also have a best Nemesis 12 and I am going to sell it, never ever use it). So I am not interested in increasing my lowend to the max. I just want to have enough to have fun in 18 kts and have the smallest kite possible for that....

If the lowend of the B7 is better than RPM, a B7 9m might be enough and I lean to buying a 9 (because I like the feeling better)
If the lowend of the B7 10m is the comparable to the 2009 RPM 10m (and it is just as fast, not much slower) I am will buy a B7 10m
