Suggest anyone with open plastic hooks attached to pump leashes replace them with a snap close hook that is attached to the leash with more than just a plastic pressure tab
The attachment loop on the LE has slipped out of the piddly little open hook on my pump leash several times - luckily I grabbed the kite in time but it almost headed up the beach once.
More importantly perhaps, cause its not so obvious, is that I found that the hook is (was) attached to the pump leash strap with nothing but a push in plastic pressure tab
I only became aware of this weak point when I saw someone elses hook simply slip off the end of the leash !!!
