yes it will work fine. Last season iused my 12m lift bar with my 2003 10m caution. From memory the only adjustment i made was to have the back lines 1 knot closer to the kite than the front.

A word of warning though.
This works fine if you are going from a larger kite to a smaller one but the reverse may not be true. The bar stopper ball may need to be adjusted upwards toward the kite in order to allow the kite to lay flat in the event of losing the bar. If not the kite will remain powered when you ditch the bar.

If you are considering this because you want to buy a 2nd kite and don’t see the need to buy a 2nd bar and lines as well, check that the new kite has the same kind of fixings as the old one. Your Flow has knots on the kite and loops on the lines, but I’ve seen kites with loops on the kite and knots on the lines (JP has one – can’t remember what it was).
Again, a minor point, but if you’ve become used to one colour scheme, double check when you’re setting up. Red and black might not mean front and back on your new one. They could be back and front, or left and right.

Another thing to check is that the bar is a suitable length for the other kite. Using a bar significantly longer than specified by the manufacturer on a kite is possible but will make the kite super fast which isn't ideal for small kites which are already fast by nature. Using a bar too short is also possible but it won't give you enough leverage to turn the kite and it will be sluggish, unresponsive and eventually give you sore elbows.
