Well, in just a few more days i will be down in Freo ready to start my next adventure. I have been reading this forum and it sounds like there are a lot of thieves running around the beaches. This is a new concept to me as i come from a place were leaving your keys in the ignition and all your gear in the uncovered bed of your truck is normal. What do you do to prevent all your stuff from walking away when you are out kiting??? You can't leave it on the beach and vehicles don't sound secure either.

Can i ask where you come from? I'm suddenly quite keen to visit there. I'm after some cheap gear, and it sounds like a great place for my new dog Bruce to run around.
