Why bother? I usually order my gear direct at bestkiteboarding.com - which is much faster than waiting for the local dealer to order it for you using the same method. Ordering stuff direct takes only 5-6 days to arrive. You're e-mailed a tracking number when you place the order so you can follow the package's progress. Great customer service via Skype. Super-friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately local dealers often don't have the latest gear and don't carry the complete catalogue.
