You've missed the best one then. Darren can often be seen sorting out people's kites, lines, bars. I once went to see 'choice' needless to say I didn't go back. Daz looks after his crew :)
Managed to catch up with DM today in his new surroundings, sweet room, kiters heaven if you,ve got some wedge. Refreshing change to watch a retailer offering quality customer service even to a guy he'd never met before
A lesson to most of you other retailers, i won't even consider spending in several perth shops and i know many others with similar feeling, good customer service is paramount. Good luck Darren
