Where is the best place to go in Australia in september? Preferably warm with wind about 20-25kts. Can't seem to find out any info for this time of year.
Suggestions?

I'd love to tell you but fear of being neutered I cant. Heres a hint, get in a car and travel north from Perth and bring small kites. Seek and you will find.

N. Queensland in beginning of winter I believe...wind in Cairns always now it seems. Broome looks good too, but not many kiters up there on this forum I believe. Closer to equator the better, certainly warmer...snow will come to Perth yet.........brrrrrr. Some people even want a snowpark here, yea that would be good.

Yeah I know that FNQ is good in the winter, just wondered if it is still good that late in the season..funny time of year, september, kind of in between seasons for a lot of places.

here is a good excercise too .go to the Bom and run some archival loops of weather charts for the last 5 years say for the time of year you are looking at .If the isobars are close together and consistent then thats tellin ya something.
