Hello all,

i'm sergi from spain (Barcelona) and i would like to know what spots are better near Brisbane.
I'm looking to go there for 5-6 months for study-work. I would prefer to go close to a good kitesurf spot.
I supose that there are many, but if you have to choose one that:
-flat and waves
-good wind conditions
-friendly and calm suburb
-near to a big city (for an european person, near is 1h by car hehe)
-opportunities of job

If you could help me, giving some options??
Gold Coast, Coolangatta, Brisbane city, ...


One more question; how much can cost one kitesurf board second hand (2008, 2009, ) more or less??
