I bought 101 and IMHO thought it was pretty cr*p!
It skips through the moves really quick and although it shows you footage of how to do them, it looks like stock footage that has been sourced from all over the place so isn't done specifically for the dvd.
It says it last for 75 mins on the cover, but I'm sure it was over in about 35mins. There were a few other things on the dvd, but they were mostly adverts for other dvds!
Another one to checkouot is Kiting Progressions by Fat Sand Productions
http://www.fatsand.com/Progression.aspx . It doesn't have nearly as many tricks as 101; it focuses on just a few at a time, but it breaks the trick down into "progressions" and shows each progression before adding the whole lot together. The video is all shot for the dvd and the tricks are shown from multiple angles so you can see exactly what they are doing.
If you just want to get a the basic idea of how to do several tricks then try 101, but I think it is really lacking in detail. If you want to know how to do a few tricks in detail try Progressions.
The video clip on the fat sands website doesn't show the progressions trailer, this is the correct link for the trailer
