Well im on my way, will be arriving Sunday, but have a few questions...?
Is what is currently on the forecast typical for this time of the year? Looks like midnight offshore breezes..? SE, would this be kiteable in the early morning? I see there are some beaches inside the bay near the river that could be suitable, but not sure if they are OK or not.
Also, are there stingers around this time of the year.... how much will it 'sting me' for a suit up there ?

Hi mate,
Usually get a kite in maybe 3 afternoons a week but using lightwind gear - 14m sb3 and a nobile 666 ext 139x46. Bring your biggest rigs and be prepared ride the downwind express.
I usually ride off the beach on afternoon easterlys and gantheume point and ssw's on cable if possible.
As for stingers, officially there is a very low chance of irankanji but people still get stung regardless of 'season'. I have stopped wearing my stinger suit but you are welcome to borrow it if you feel the need.
