Just wondering if anyone knows of some super cheap places to stay there? Me and Spazza are heading up there but where both on super low budgets. we have even thought about sleeping on the beach but heard that its a bit of a no no, Anyone got any ideas?

we will do almost anything for a bed as long as we dont have to make out with each other...

Not Wrong kitehard, 40 knots plus at Green Island today. And I go and slice a tendon through a nasty glass coffee table incident weeks before the comp. Fortunately I'm not a competitive kiter so it hasn't affected the "tapering" before the comp. apres kite at kiteweek is just as good as kiting.
Anyway
Cheap stays are easy - there are plenty of backpackers places that will get a roof over your head for not much. Hopefully Bruce will arrange a bus from town to yorkeys each day - so there are plenty of culverts, gutters, and shanty tin hideaways you can doss in, then turn up at Gilligans in the morning (or the designated accom sponser's driveway) for the lift to the beach.
And if Bruce won't spring, look out for the pimp-mobile driving around picking up un sponsered un recognised, unachieving riders who just wanna rip.
