HI everone and thanks for reading this. I am a newbie had 10 hours lessons in Mui Ne Vietnam in April, but then moved around and couldnt get back straight away into kiting, also I dont know anyone in Geelong, or nearby to kite with....I have all the gear, fairly old-ish (2004), at the lessons and was able to get on the board.... emergency pack up, body dragging, relaunching etc.. I am just a bit weary of doing it on my own, and dont want to approach whoever at any beach and be a burden to that person....

My wife would peel my nails off if I spend one more cent in lessons but I really need to find a buddy... that can give me half an hour or so of their time to review all the safety check my lines, tings like that and just keep an eye on me while I start again doing some bodydragging and getting confident with the kite

I can travel around Geelong, Surf Coast or even Melbourne...

Sounds quite desperate I know, but I am new to Geelong-Torquay-Ocean Grove etc and is difficult to approach someone and interrupting them without knowing them..particularly when they are doing enormous jumps in their 2007 Super Sleek Flexifoil..

If you want to help me, make a new friend, feel like a good samaritan, want to be shout some beers or better a slab, earn a few bucks for a quick lesson ( motivational esson mostly...I hope) just send me a PM....please

I promise I wont be a burden to your kiting,

Thanks,

Juan [email protected]

Head down to Point Henry (corio bay)near Alcoa, when the wind is up, plenty of friendly crew to help out. This weekend for sure. Bring beer, as much as you can carry, it always helps post session. Cheers
