I have several questions on the up coming Coconet classic at Tannum Sands at Easter, thus any advice appreciated

Do you have to enter the competitions or can you just do some kiting, watch the comps, and join in on the fun ?
Where is the best place to stay and eat, other than sleeping in the back of my 4WD ?
What are the kite boarding conditions like other than in the actual competition areas. Okay for basic riders ?

no u dont have to enter the comp. there r a few other spots around the comp site u can ride. if u dont want to ride in the comp u will be able register as a friend. this will get u in to the presentation night and the other parties. u will also get your food. there is a few hotels all close to the beach and a caravan park just down the road from the comp site.
