just headed down to rays outdoors and got a coleman rechargable pump RRP $60 down to $45 as they're having a 25% off sale.

i'm suprised more people don't use them, guess not everyone is as lazy a bastard as me

anyway grab one today cheap if you've been thinking about it so i'm not the only ****er on the beach with one

That looks fantastic. Can you tell me how long it takes to pump up your kite?

And does it have enough to pump up lets say a 2006 12,9, & 7?

it wont work.

Its got a fan inside, and not a positive displacement compressor. It will only pump till about .5psi. Good if u have say a 20m kite, useless for anything else though.

The proper kite pumps have two stages.

High volume low pressure- this is basically the same as above, just a fan. Like 400lpm to 1/2psi

Low volume high pressure- I believe they have a recipricating piston compressor or a diaphragm compressor. ~100lpm to 12psi.

Although the highpressure stage is very high, so I would say it is probably only like 10lpm. Has a pressure gauge though (will also be useless though)!!.

Hey Carbs. that looks good. I can't figure out how to buy one of the suckers. Can you get one and I'll give you the bucks and let you use it?

Im not sure it would work that well and those pricks jip you on the postage.

I've got one to pump up the slider... it work great for that only take about 5 minutes... it **** for kite's trust me i've tried it !

you know not long ago, some smart ass with a foil would come along and point out that they dont need to pump up their kite.

that doesnt happen anymore.

wonder what happened to the foilers...
