I'm coming over to Perth on the 19th of Feb to check it out for a week and need guidance.

I'm sure my girlfriend has planned lots of things (she's ex Perth) but I am really only interested in the kiting (and maybe a few drinks).

We're staying in Freemante so I need to know where to kite while I'm there. I wasn't planning on travelling to far if I can avoid it, but I would like some waves to play in if possible.

I also want to buy a new kite so I want to check some out while I'm there - which shops are near Freemantle? I've recenly demo'd the North Rebel, Naish Helix, and Cab Switchblade 3 - so views on kites welcome (see other post "Where to from here?")
