Any estimates of shipping a kite from Melb to Singapore ?

I have a mate who lives in Singapore. When he wants to kite he comes to WA. I understand they have pretty poor conditions as far as tropical islands go.

sent a kite over there about 2 months ago,Aust post,special O.S registered service,air freight,cheaper sea freight if not in hurry, but safer by air,(cant remember what they call it)just ask @P.O,$150 from Byron Bay,delivered to recipients door
