Hi there, anyone know where I could get a sheet (enough to do 1 full surf board) of traction grip in the cut diamond shape - here in Australia.

It has been discussed in this forum before. Best place and good quality and reasonable price is:

http://www.ajsp.com.au/hydroturf

It is a jet ski supplier but its the same stuff.

Thanks Yendor & HG, that's the stuff I was looking for.

Hey I ordered a sheet from Ali Express, I paid for the toll delivery and was at my door in around a week. Was pleasantly surprised as it worked out at $80ish for 217x67cm and had the 3m backing. Stuck solid to my surfboard. The diamond patter is quite large tho so might not be everyone's cup of tea

Might keep looking around, the Hydroturf was $147 delivered & I will still need a back pad with some tail kick.

This is the cheapest cut full grip that I know you can buy. $55 Only blue left . Darren nice guy at Hastings point.

Otherwise Steve on the Gold Coast has a factory that cuts grips for a lot of the major companies. (pm me for contact). Good guy but busy &'he kind of operates on Byron/Bali time if you know what I mean. The factory beside him sells sheets of grip, but you need to take it to him to get the adhesive applied, unless you want to glue it yourself.

Nup, can't go past hydroturf from Aust Jetski Parts

You get twice as much as that eBay one, for only $25 more ($80 for 1.5m x 1m), and much better value than that squid.net link above.
You get choice of a bazillion colours
You get 5 or 6 different cut pattens.

Spot on, HappyG

Toppleover, I got the hydro from aust jestki parts delivered to WA cheaper than that - and you are in the same state as them! Gotta be a mistake...?
