Windy at night, calm during the day

5-10 knots and 25-30 knots whens it going to be in the sweet range.

By the time it starts to die down here it will probably get cold, rainy and thundery.

So many times you rig up just to have it turn ****house.

The other week we arrive just as the northerly starts to die so we muck around on the beach for like 3 hours to wait for it to swing then when it does it is straight onshore, cold, cloudy and on the first run i breakmy footstrap.

Is it just Adelaide or has the weather the past week been subpar to say the least.

Hate to tell you mate, but it's just down there that the winds are 'subpar'... Onshore is fine if it's not overly gusty and you know what you're doing, and if it's cold like it usually is in Adelaide, you wear a wetty [}:)], cloudy and raining doesn't faze me, but obviously, your footstrap would have broken anyway even in great conditions... It's ju$st the pick of the draw mate...

It's been a whale of a time up here the last week - - Wello, Qld - last Sunday and Tuesday were the best days by far (w'end dead though), and tomorrow week is a beauty

Nice to see you getting some wind Liz

Perth still not shaken the Winter yet, but we are hopeful.

Don't blame the winds gods. A good sacrific, like being nice to someone is smiled upon...and can bring wind.

I think you would be suprised Elizabeth that the lack of coldness we have and our winds are excellent, hardly ever gusty unless it's frontal. Warmer than melb and probably on par with perth, in summer we gotthose 43 degree days.

After i posted that the wind died, went kiteboarding fr four hours now i cannot move.

thats twice in 2 sessions thats happened.
