The bastards dont wont to know about you after they've made the sale- broke a back bridle on my Waroo 9M about a week ago- Best in the US want $17 for a pair and $60 to send it- Fedex only , wont do post .
Australian dealers dont even reply to my emails.

Did you buy the kite in OZ???? If yes then poor show from dealer

Have to agree with the monkey boy on this one. I buy my kites from the local guy, means i can go knocking when things aren't so rocking.

if you didnt buy from a shop what do you expect, the shops will help anyone who they have sold to. even the ones some people dont rate to highly.
operating with guys on the other side of the world is no help. ive got replacement parts in the post at no charge and the kite is over a year old + bought second hand from surfconnect

what surfconnect gave u parts after u bought a kite through him 2nd hand???
My liquid force assault could have done with new leader lines the second time i rode it ,or the third ride a new leadin edge bladder as pop mid air//
I though he wouldnt warrent a kite second hand..

Nor me ..Which Oz dealers did you contact? you could also give them a call .I am sure they wouldn't mind calling you back if your on a tight budget

yer, one bit of one pump tubing isn't a warranty job... its good will on padis behalf.
