About 7 kites on the beach at Brighton, 4 in Hampton, and not sure how many at St Kilda, but none in the air, while Fawkner Beacon shows 20 knots. Looks like the wind was out in the bay but not at the beach.

Gosh, one day without a kite and I turn in to moaning nancy. Glad I got that downwinder in yesterday. And Axis, yep that I would rate that sesh on Thursday as the best so far this year.
Simonm, great to know you're getting some up there. How was your butt after 18 hours riding the bike back from Mambo?

Like a piece of steak that had been tenderised with a jack hammer. Worth the trip though. 5 days with no nappy changing duties was cause enough.
