Could someone please recommend were in the world is best to kitesurf around Dec-March. Planning a 2-3 month trip from Xmas time to about March, or till the money runs out...

I have read on the forum about Venezuela, Egypt and Vietnam and all these places sounds great but after looking at the seasons I am a little confused as to when and where is best to go to get the best wind.
I am fairly new (started kiting about 2 years ago). Looking for reasonably flat water, not really keen on rough surf, 15-25 knots is ideal, as well as a country offering cheap accom and food.

Has anyone been to Mauritius or Kenya? Looks great but not sure how much money you will need for accom and food??
