Yeah I use that method too, however I'm not sure if it's able to be used for foils...
Dont see why not thow as they do the same thing...
BEST thing to do is get hold of someone who rides ARC's and see what they recon...
If you've never dropped your kite, your not trying hard enough !

Sucide leash's and onshore conditions are a interesting combination !

You need an 840 Arc, the 1120 is too big for you. My 1120 is my least uused kite but it's a real hunny in the right wind range. Try and pick up two 2nd hand 840's,then you can stack them in the really light stuff.

I was thinking of getting a Guerilla and intially though of the 13m, would say a 10m be better suited to me???

my mate has a 8.4arc its all hes got, rides it in 10 to 24knts and he is 74kg these figures are exact
10knts is light but be gentle and you will plain.Hes got a cabrinha double agent board.I think its around 147 size.

g10's need a fair bit of wind... take a look at a g2-11m probably the perfect size for you

I learnt on an 840, imho an excellent kite for both learning, hard to crash, auto zenith and never luffs, through to intermediate riding with its great range. I ride a G1 13m now but think the 840 would be a better first kite. Arcs and LEIs use essentially the same bar and line setup with (almost) the same power/depower method so its an easy transition later if you decide to swap to LEIs.
