First Nor Easter of the season at KKK , 3:30 until 5 pm ttop of 19 knots

yeah it blew nor east for a couple of hours and got to 19kts for about three minutes.

not even close to the first nor easter of the season

So when I was kiting from 3pm until 5 it must have been a figment of my imagination .

But as it was a system northeaster and not a seabreeze does it count?

(yeas I am bitter because I too didn't get to ride it)

I think it might have been a seabreeze given the coolness of the ocean and the relative warmth of the air. A convection may have been set up. Granted the weak alignment of the isobars may have helped.

I vote: SEABREEZE

It was a seabreeze.....no question about it....end of story

Kited from 4pm till 5.45pm 15 to 18 knots ,only 2 of us out and a whale off Warilla. Had a ball , and yes it was a northeaster . Missed ya Doc
