Just noticed it today as i was going out, it's where I attach the safety too so if it snaps bye bye kite...

Anyway was wondering how I fix it, anyone know of any youtube guide or anything or is it a simple fix?

Your kite manufacturer should have stock specific to the brand. The problem will reoccur I used to fly slingshots with the same problem. I took mine to a sail maker (or kite repairer) and he replaced it with a heavier duty spectra... Have a look at cabrinhas bar and how they've done it.. i don't give a toss about my brand vs your brand but cab simply has the best bar on the market....I can't understand why companies continue to use rope on such a heavy friction area... Good luck....

So you keep buying spares!

Just get some dyneema from a chandlery or ask them for some thing specific for high abrasion shouldn't cost more than $20, just make sure to make it the same length.

Just buy a new one, we either have them in stock or can make one for you. Don't use that bar again until its replaced unless you want to have a kitemare+swim, your safety on that kite is on both your front lines, and you safety line looks a bit worn too (order that as well, they are not expensive and not hard to replace)

The safety line is easy to replace, you should be able to get something like the original line at a yacht shop ot a good kite shop, its 3mm amsteel.
Looks like your centre line in the pic, but also hard to tell from the pic. Buying another bar is a bit exxy, but having a spare is OK if you plan to stick with that brand. Their safety system will not work with many other brands, and kites that require a single front line flagging safety system.
