Hey slingshot clan warriors there is a new weapon available to the faithful. The Link is as deadly as it is sleek, apparantly, but for those who have flown it i have a question. How does it compare to the fuel 06 for wakestyle?? Like the fuel is pretty sweet on the pop, but does the new sword require a different grip?

sorry to rain on your parade but the type of kite has absolutly nothing to do with how much 'pop' you get. if you are executing your moves correctly then it is all in the way that you hold your rail and load your board up.
however if you are using your kite above 45degrees. that is when it would have something to do with the kite, but then it wouldnt be called 'pop' and it definatly wouldnt fall under the word 'Wakestyle'. maybe acrobatics would be a better choice of words.

if you are doing alot of unhooked stuff ...stay with the Fuel.

thanks mike, thats all i needed to know, becuase the Fuel is the best kite i have flown unhooked thus far. Thanks for the lesson talbot, i had no idea what wakestyle was and thought it was flying into the clouds while performing daring board off manouvres including such classics as the can-can and the deadman boardoff variant. I will perform ritualistic disembowlment for i have dishonoured my clan.
