What happened today with the Geraldton wind graphs? Multiple 60 knot periods and reversal of wind direction?

Think a pelican was resting on the wind meter and had a dodgy lunch.

it regularly throws up random spikes.

Geraldton offshore is from a port channel marker, the other one is taken from the airport a few km inland.
